Shipping & Returns

Randall Fitness Systems will email an ‘Order Confirmation’ to you once you’ve placed your order.

Shipping: Our online store uses the services of Australia Post to distribute to addresses within Australia. All orders are shipped within 2 - 3 days and despatched from our office on the Sunshine Coast. 

If your order has not arrived within the time stated, please check with your local post office to see if your item is being held there.

Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure all order details are accurate and complete before submitting your order. If you wish for your order to be delivered to a place of business, please ensure that the business name is included.

Returns: We are happy to exchange or refund any goods or services we have provided within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided the goods are in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

Refunds will be provided at any time if an item is found to be faulty, unsafe, is significantly different to that shown or described, or does not do what it's supposed to do.
